Rules

1) Follow the guide's instructions.

2) Avoid touching stalactites and stalagmites.

3) Have basic swimming skills.

4) Shower before entering the cenote.

5) Do not use sunscreen or body lotions in the cenote.

6) Avoid using flash photography.

To visit an underground river, it is recommended to:

1) Wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

2) Protect yourself from the sun with sunscreen and insect repellent.

3) Bring a towel and a change of clothes.

4) Respect the environment.
